With over 40 years experience within the automotive, aerospace, defence, rail and commercial vehicle sectors we are a fully integrated organisation using the latest in 3D CAD/CAM manufacturing technology along with heavy investment in CMM inspection equipment.

We can offer a diverse range of low to medium volume applications where our technical, engineering, manufacturing & quality control capabilities deliver tangible benefits to our customers.

As an industry leader in sheet metal, 3D printing and CNC machining & turning, we manufacture precision parts for specialist vehicle testing, defence and aerospace. With over 40 years of engineering experience together with continual investment in the most advanced CAD/CAM manufacturing technology, we are able to deliver quality products consistently and cost effectively.

OUR PEOPLE

We currently employee 48 staff and have recently celebrated our 41st Anniversary, along with our 7th Long Service Award for an employee completing his 25th Year with the company. Our longest serving member of the team has been here for over 35 years.

Amada PEGA 244 purchased – latest punching technology.

Amada BETA laser cutting machines introduced – expanding in house processes.

2004

Investment in Turning centres and milling machines

2005

Amada FO series machine investment – further increasing capacity.

2012

Double investment in Laser and Automatic press brake

2015

Renovated facilities – new roof, offices and car park

Amada Fibre Laser technology introduced

2018

Planning approved for construction of 400sq/m building

2019

Large capacity 4 axis Haas milling investment.

Completion of New 400sq/m Factory
