Punch/Laser Cutting
Our West Midlands facility houses Amada CNC Fibre Lasers and Combination Punch Machines handling sheet sizes up to 4mx2m and up to 25mm thick across materials, supporting stand-alone high-volume cutting or integrated fabrication needs; simply provide CAD files, specifications, quantities and timelines for competitive quotes.
Bending/Forming
With a fleet of 5 CNC brake presses capable of bending materials from thin aluminium to hardened steel in lengths up to 4m, our precision forming expertise utilizes specialized tooling to consistently produce tight-tolerance bent parts, panels, enclosures and assemblies for both high-volume production runs and custom fabrication projects.
Welding
Utilising 13 welding bays and robotic cells, our metal welding expertise spans MIG, TIG, spot, and projection techniques delivering flawless welds up to 10mx6mx4m and 10 tonnes for precise prototypes through high-volume production across industries using cutting-edge equipment and rigorous quality control.
Precision Machining
